2) Delivery Timelines

Standard Delivery (India): 4–7 working days, depending on destination and courier serviceability.

3) Shipping Charges

At Checkout: Shipping fees (if any) are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the delivery address and order weight/volume.

5) Delivery Attempts & Address Issues

Delivery Attempts: Couriers typically make 1–3 attempts. If undelivered, the parcel may be returned to us.

Incorrect / Incomplete Address: Please ensure your address and phone number are accurate at checkout. Failed deliveries due to incorrect details may incur reshipment fees.

Address Changes: We can update an address only before dispatch. Once shipped, changes are subject to courier policies and may not be guaranteed.
6) Packaging, Partial Shipments & P.O. Boxes

Protective Packaging: Orders are packed securely to minimize transit damage.

Split Shipments: We may ship items separately at no extra cost to meet timelines.

P.O. Boxes: Delivery to P.O. Boxes may not be supported by all carriers; please provide a full street address.
7) Receiving Your Order: Inspection & Exceptions

On Delivery: If the package appears tampered or damaged, please refuse delivery or accept with remarks and contact us immediately.

Damage / Missing Items: Report any issues within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the outer box, inner packaging, label, and product. This helps us raise a claim with the courier quickly.
8) Lost, Delayed, or Force Majeure

Delays: While we strive for timely delivery, Tom Philippe is not responsible for delays caused by courier backlogs, weather disruptions, strikes, regulatory checks, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Lost Parcels: If your shipment is marked delivered but not received, notify us within 48 hours so we can investigate with the carrier.
