1) Processing & Dispatch

  • Dispatch Time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Order Cut-off: Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST, on weekends, or on public holidays begin processing the next business day.

  • Peak Periods: During sale events or product launches, processing may take slightly longer. We’ll keep you informed.

2) Delivery Timelines

  • Standard Delivery (India): 4–7 working days, depending on destination and courier serviceability.

  • Remote / Outlying Areas: Please allow additional transit time.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control (weather, courier constraints, local regulations).

3) Shipping Charges

  • At Checkout: Shipping fees (if any) are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the delivery address and order weight/volume.

  • Free Shipping: If applicable, any free-shipping threshold will be clearly stated on the product or checkout page.

4) Order Tracking

  • Tracking Updates: You’ll receive tracking details via SMS and/or email once your order has been dispatched.

  • Live Status: Click the tracking link to view current status directly on the courier’s portal.

5) Delivery Attempts & Address Issues

  • Delivery Attempts: Couriers typically make 1–3 attempts. If undelivered, the parcel may be returned to us.

  • Incorrect / Incomplete Address: Please ensure your address and phone number are accurate at checkout. Failed deliveries due to incorrect details may incur reshipment fees.

  • Address Changes: We can update an address only before dispatch. Once shipped, changes are subject to courier policies and may not be guaranteed.

6) Packaging, Partial Shipments & P.O. Boxes

  • Protective Packaging: Orders are packed securely to minimize transit damage.

  • Split Shipments: We may ship items separately at no extra cost to meet timelines.

  • P.O. Boxes: Delivery to P.O. Boxes may not be supported by all carriers; please provide a full street address.

7) Receiving Your Order: Inspection & Exceptions

  • On Delivery: If the package appears tampered or damaged, please refuse delivery or accept with remarks and contact us immediately.

  • Damage / Missing Items: Report any issues within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the outer box, inner packaging, label, and product. This helps us raise a claim with the courier quickly.

8) Lost, Delayed, or Force Majeure

  • Delays: While we strive for timely delivery, Tom Philippe is not responsible for delays caused by courier backlogs, weather disruptions, strikes, regulatory checks, or other circumstances beyond our control.

  • Lost Parcels: If your shipment is marked delivered but not received, notify us within 48 hours so we can investigate with the carrier.

9) International Shipping (If/When Enabled)

  • Duties & Taxes: International customers are responsible for import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees levied by the destination country.

  • Timelines: International transit times vary by destination and customs processing.
    (If you are not shipping internationally yet, remove this section.)

10) Risk of Loss & Title

  • Risk Transfer: Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon handover to the courier (unless local law states otherwise). We will assist with carrier claims where feasible.
